Welcome to Travylway. By accessing or using our website, mobile services, or transportation booking platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Overview

Travylway provides scheduled transportation to and from airports across the U.S. and internationally. All bookings are confirmed in advance, and rides are fulfilled by vetted, independent drivers.

2. User Responsibilities

When using Travylway, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking
  • Be ready at the designated pickup location on time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Follow all local laws and airport guidelines

Failure to comply may result in cancellation or denial of service without refund.

3. Driver Terms

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Travylway. All drivers must meet our onboarding criteria, maintain proper insurance, and operate in compliance with regional laws and airport regulations.

4. Payments and Fees

Fares are calculated at the time of booking.

You agree to pay all charges in full using an approved payment method. Drivers retain 75% of each fare.

Travylway’s fee covers platform maintenance, scheduling, and customer support.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

See our Refund Policy for detailed cancellation and refund terms. In general, cancellations within 12 hours of the ride are non-refundable.

6. Delays and Disruptions

Travylway is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, flight changes, weather, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a driver no-show or confirmed service failure, a full refund will be issued.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Travylway reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Your location, contact info, and ride history are used only for booking and support purposes.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
