At Travylway, we strive to provide reliable and timely transportation to and from airports throughout the U.S. and around the world. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

🚨 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

⏱ No-Shows

If a customer fails to appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the ride will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

💼 Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrival times. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be updated automatically. However, extended delays (over 2 hours) may require rescheduling. Refunds are not guaranteed for delays beyond our control.

🚗 Driver No-Show or Service Failure

If a Travylway driver does not arrive or you do not receive the service as booked, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately with your booking reference and details.

💳 How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Venmo) within 5–10 business days.
